Dora and her friends help a singing dog, Cusco, find his lost puppy brothers and bring them to Doggie Adoption Day.

Andrey loses his beloved dog, and with it the meaning of life. He wanders alone around the city in a fruitless search. One day, a girl appears on Andrey's doorstep and offers to play the role of a dog, taking its place - such psychological help for money. The series also serves as a resource for pet owners in the City, sharing details about the guidelines behind licenses, transporting dogs, microchipping, spaying and neutering and more.
